This closed, 90-minute weekly group offers a structured, clinician-facilitated space for participants to better understand and transform anger through awareness and emotional skill-building. Using cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches, members learn to recognize escalation cues, reframe rigid or “justice-based” thoughts, and practice responding rather than reacting. The group emphasizes emotional awareness, effective communication, and developing self-control without suppression, helping participants replace destructive patterns with constructive expression and personal growth.

This closed, 90-minute weekly group helps participants reduce anxiety and build resilience through mindfulness, acceptance, and cognitive-behavioral strategies. Guided by a clinician, members explore how attempts to control or avoid anxious thoughts can increase distress—and practice instead grounding, defusion, and present-moment awareness techniques. Emphasis is placed on developing psychological flexibility, increasing tolerance for uncertainty, and engaging meaningfully in life even when anxiety is present.

This closed, 90-minute weekly group provides an experiential introduction to the six core processes of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), helping participants build psychological flexibility and values-based action. Through guided practice, reflection, and discussion, members learn mindfulness, defusion, self-as-context, and committed action techniques that support emotional openness and resilience. The group emphasizes applying ACT principles to daily life challenges, fostering greater clarity, purpose, and intentional living.

This closed, 90-minute weekly group supports individuals navigating major life transitions such as relationship changes, loss, career shifts, or identity transitions. Facilitated by a clinician, the group integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to help participants adapt to change, process emotions, and rediscover meaning and purpose. Emphasis is placed on acceptance, self-compassion, and resilience—helping members move from uncertainty or loss toward growth and renewed direction.
