What This Group Is

A clinician-led therapy group designed to help participants reduce anxiety and increase resilience through mindfulness, exposure, and acceptance-based approaches. The focus is on building psychological flexibility—learning to live meaningfully even when anxiety is present.

  • Using grounding and mindfulness to stay connected to the present

  • Defusing from “what-if” thoughts and catastrophic thinking

  • Increasing tolerance for uncertainty and discomfort
