What This Group Is

This clinician-facilitated group is designed for men seeking practical skills to better manage stress, anxiety, difficult emotions, and life's challenges. Using the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), participants learn how to develop psychological flexibility, strengthen emotional resilience, improve relationships, and build a more meaningful, values-driven life.

Each week, participants practice:

  • Understanding and applying the six core ACT processes

  • Managing difficult thoughts and emotions more effectively

  • Developing mindfulness and present-moment awareness

  • Clarifying personal values and taking committed action toward goals

Cost: $60/session self-pay
Insurance: In-network with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Optum/UnitedHealthcare, Humana, and Aetna
