What This Group Is
This clinician-led therapy group supports adults navigating significant life changes—such as loss, career shifts, relationship transitions, or identity changes. Participants use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and CBT techniques to find stability and meaning amid uncertainty.
Each week, participants practice:
Accepting and adapting to change with openness
Exploring shifting roles and values
Reconnecting to purpose and meaning
Building resilience and redefining identity

Space to process endings and beginnings in a supportive setting
Tools to clarify values and rebuild purpose

Cost
Cost: $60/session self-pay
Insurance: In-network with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Optum/UnitedHealthcare, Humana, and Aetna
