What This Group Is

This is a clinician-guided group designed to teach and practice the core principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Participants explore how to live more intentionally, even in the presence of difficult emotions or thoughts.

Each week, participants practice:

  • Understanding and applying the six ACT domains (the “Hexaflex”)

  • Cultivating mindfulness and self-as-context

  • Taking committed, values-based action

  • Using the ACT Matrix to clarify what truly matters

Why Join This Group?

The skills of ACT are powerful tools for navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. This group offers:

Cost

Cost: $60/session self-pay
Insurance: In-network with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Optum/UnitedHealthcare, Humana, and Aetna
