What This Group Is

This clinician-facilitated group is designed for young professional men navigating the unique challenges of early adulthood, including career development, relationships, life transitions, stress, anxiety, and identity formation. Using the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), participants learn practical skills to build psychological flexibility, increase resilience, and create a more meaningful, values-driven life.

Each week, participants practice:

  • Understanding and applying the six core ACT processes

  • Managing stress, self-doubt, and difficult emotions more effectively

  • Developing mindfulness and present-moment awareness

  • Clarifying personal values and taking committed action toward goals
