What This Group Is
The Women’s ACT Skills Group is a structured, clinician-facilitated program that teaches practical skills from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Designed for women experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, or feeling stuck, this group helps participants build psychological flexibility and create a more meaningful, values-driven life.
Each week, participants practice:
Developing psychological flexibility and adapting to life’s challenges
Managing difficult emotions with greater self-awareness and confidence
Reducing avoidance patterns that keep them feeling stuck
Learning mindfulness and present-moment awareness skills
Clarifying personal values and taking meaningful action toward goals
Building self-compassion, healthy boundaries, and stronger relationships

Cost:$60/session self-pay
